Troisdorf, July 1, 2004 – Good news for all users of call-by-call offers: The six-week price reduction for all calls to the new E.C. countries has found a ready market so that 01063 Telecom will – as of July 1 - permanently reduce the prices for all calls to the new E.C. countries Poland, Czechoslovakia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Litavia, Latvia, Estonia, Malta, and Cyprus.

Under the dialling code 01063 the company offers call-by-call connections without advance notice for national and international calls and for calls to mobile phone networks. Thank to the cooperation with national and international network partners 01063 Telecom ensures high capacities for the new E.C. countries with best audio quality as well as precise accounting for every minute. All other calls will be precisely accounted based on seconds as hitherto.

Troisdorf, May 13, 2004 – Good news for all users of call-by-call offers: For 6 weeks, i.e. from May 17 to June 30, 2004 01063 Telecom will reduce the prices regarding all phone calls to the new EC member countries Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Malta and Cyprus.

01063 Telecom launches open call-by-call with its Happy Hour |

Troisdorf, July 14, 2003 – 01063 Telecom GmbH & Co. KG is launching a new open call-by-call offer with no preregistration. All calls using the 01063 prefix are billed in 1-second increments. There are no connection fees, no minimum calls, and no minimum fees. As an extra treat, after July 15th all international call-by-call telephone calls during the Happy Hour between 9 PM and midnight will be 25 percent cheaper.
Our Happy Hour is not the only time when you can enjoy the 1-second billing and affordable deals using 01063 Telecom's call-by-call service, which is also becoming more and more popular with companies. Even misers can enjoy our Happy Hour prices.

Successful Launch of 01063 Telecom
German-Swiss investor group invests in the telecommunications market |

Troisdorf, July 14, 2003 –01063 Telecom GmbH & Co KG announced that it is taking over the fundamental and regular business areas of CONOS AG i.I., including the existing infrastructures, as of July 1, 2003.
According to 01063 Telecom, the takeover has occurred without any technical changes. The company intends to continue CONOS AG’s successful cooperation with over 30 national and international carriers without interruption.
01063 Telecom will concentrate in the future on the core competences of call-by-call (under the well-known carrier prefix 01063), reselling and wholesale. In particular, the core area of reselling will find itself becoming more important in the future. The company intends to offer some advantageous plans to a number of its affiliates and potential resellers under the motto "everything under one roof." To step up its efforts in this business area even more, 01063 Telecom has also been able to establish important partnerships to market DSL, energy and cellular phone services.
"The extraordinary developments and mergers in the market over the last few years have resulted in a golden opportunity to gain a significant chunk of the market and build up our presence," stated a spokesman from the investor group.
